Four Activity Patterns
The radar charts below show the importance of four key movement patterns across different times of day:
• SB (Sedentary Behavior): Sitting, lying down, low-energy activities
• LPA (Light Physical Activity): Slow walking, household chores
• MVPA (Moderate-to-Vigorous Activity): Brisk walking, exercise, sports
• Sleep: Sleep patterns and quality
Scores are calculated from the sum of importance scores of top 20 features for each pattern.
